- Account Number : Your MMCM Student ID Number
- Payment amount :
- Purpose of payment : If you are paying for a specific fee (e.g., Coursera Fee, ID Replacement Fee), indicate that fee. Otherwise, enter Tuition Fee.
Keep a copy of the validated Bills Payment Slip as proof of payment. (No need to send a copy to MMCM Treasury Office)
