Refund ApplicatioRefund Application
A formal request submitted by students to claim reimbursement for any excess/overpayment of matriculation fees or other charges. Excess or overpayments may occur due to enrollment cancellations, scholarship disbursements, adjustments in academic load, incorrect billing or unused services.
Steps:
Kindly fill in the details marked with a check on the refund form. Along with the completed form, please include a photocopy of a valid ID of the person to whom the refund will be issued. Once everything is complete, kindly submit the hard copy on-site.
Processing Time
Standard refund processing will take 2-4 weeks.
Delivery Method
Fund will be transferred to the bank account provided by the parent/legal guardian.
Eligibility
Only students who meet the following criteria are eligible to apply for the service.
- Those who cancelled their enrollment
- Those who have excess credits due to over payment or assessment changes due to late
scholarship credits.
