GSA (Generated Schedule and Assessment)
Consists of fees, class schedules, subject loads and calendar of activities for a particular term/sem.
For Old Students:
College
- Old students must undergo online advising with their program adviser.
- The registrar will be sending the GSA through email, once the assessment and schedule of the student is finalized by the program adviser.
- After receiving the GSA, the student may proceed to the treasury for payment.
High School
- The registrar will be sending the GSA through email, once the assessment and schedule of the student is finalized by the high school department.
- After receiving the GSA, the student may proceed to the treasury for payment.
For New Students:
College
- Proceed to the admissions to fill out the enrollment forms and submit the requirements.
- The registrar’s office will tag the said requirements and inform the student of possible lacking documents.
- GSA will be sent through students’ personal email.
- After receiving the GSA, the student may proceed to the treasury for payment.
High School
- Proceed to the admissions to fill out the enrollment forms and submit the requirements.
- The registrar’s office will tag the said requirements and inform the student of possible lacking documents.
- GSA will be sent through students’ personal email.
- After receiving the GSA, the student may proceed to the treasury for payment.
For Transferee
College
- Proceed to admissions office to fill out the enrollment forms and submit the requirements. (Note: must include duly filled out and approved signed RCEF).
- The registrar’s office will tag the said requirements and inform the student of possible lacking documents.
- GSA will be sent through students’ personal email once RCEF has been encoded in the RO system.
- After receiving the GSA, the student may proceed to the treasury for payment.
High School
- Proceed to admissions office to fill out the enrollment forms and submit the requirements. (Note: must include duly filled out and approved signed RCEF).
- The registrar’s office will tag the said requirements and inform the student of possible lacking documents.
- GSA will be sent through students’ personal email once RCEF has been encoded in the RO system.
- After receiving the GSA, the student may proceed to the treasury for payment.
NOTE: GSA sending may vary due to unforeseen situations; the registrar will be informing the student of such situations upon rechecking of the requirements/if the student has not undergone advising of courses.
The course revision deadline for those who add or drop certain courses/subjects will be stated in the school calendar (students can also consult with their respective program chair for other questions).
The course load clearing will come sometime after the end of the enrollment; it will be applicable to those who are still not tagged as enrolled.
