Cancellation/Withdrawal Cancellation

Cancellation– Students who are already tagged as enrolled and who wish to cancel their enrollment while classes have already started.
High School
- Kindly visit the Registrar’s Office to apply for enrollment cancellation, as this will undergo clearance signing.
- You may coordinate with the treasury office regarding the occurring fees or unsettled balance on your account.
- Do take note that the deadline to apply for current semester cancellation should be coordinated with the registrar. The deadline is stated in the school calendar.
- Failure to submit the duly signed, completed form will no longer be accepted.
College
