Cancellation/Withdrawal Cancellation

Cancellation– Students who are already tagged as enrolled and who wish to cancel their enrollment while classes have already started.

High School

  1. Kindly visit the Registrar’s Office to apply for enrollment cancellation, as this will undergo clearance signing.
  2. You may coordinate with the treasury office regarding the occurring fees or unsettled balance on your account.
  3. Do take note that the deadline to apply for current semester cancellation should be coordinated with the registrar. The deadline is stated in the school calendar.
  4. Failure to submit the duly signed, completed form will no longer be accepted.

College

College:
