Request for Good Moral Certificate
A Good Moral Certificate is an official document issued by the school certifying that a student has maintained good conduct and moral character during their stay in the institution. This document is commonly required for employment, transfer, scholarship, or other legal and academic purposes.
The certificate is processed by the Helpdesk and is subject to approval by the POD before release.
Processing Time
Processing of the Good Moral Certificate takes about 1–7 working days, depending on the approval process.
Service Cost & Payment Options
The following processing fee is charged:
1. Good Moral Certificate Fee – PhP 100.00
After the request is submitted, the Helpdesk shall bill the student for the applicable fee. Payment
may be settled through the following methods:
- Onsite Payment
- Online Payment
Please note that online payments may take 2–5 business days to be reflected in the TO System
Eligibility
Both old and new students may avail of the service, provided that there is an existing student record in the school.
When can you avail yourself of the service?
Students may request a Good Moral Certificate at any time, subject to verification and approval.
How to apply for the service?
Students requesting a Good Moral Certificate shall need to follow these steps:
- The student must directly request the document through the Helpdesk.
- The Helpdesk shall verify the student’s record and process the request.
- The request shall be subject to the POD’s approval.
- Once approved, the student may claim the document on-site.
Note:
The Good Moral Certificate is available for on-site requesting and pickup only. Soft copies are
strictly prohibited, as the document is on o2icial school letterhead and follows the o2icial
template.
Delivery Method
- On-site Request and Pick-up Only – Students must personally request and claim the
document at the designated office.
